Services Packs

These Special Terms and Conditions exclusively apply to the subscription of Services Pack(s) and supplement our General Terms of Access and Use of the Club.

ARTICLE 1: Prerequisites for Subscribing to Services Pack(s)

❖ To be eligible to subscribe to Services Pack(s), you must first join the Club and its General Terms and Conditions. As a reminder, here are the main features of Club membership:

Membership of the private business club “EXCELLENCE CLUB AMBASSADORS” allows you to receive commercial offers, benefit from professional networking, online advertising, and information on financial management, web marketing, and blockchain technologies, as well as access specialised online conferences, our conventions, and international seminars.
Club members can be individuals or companies; they must respect the rules of ethics, probity and mutual respect.
Membership is conditional on payment of an annual fee of €200.

❖ Payment of this fee entitles you to:

- A 'member’s area' with an internal wallet in euros, secured by a regulated and licensed body, the balance of which is freely transferable to any external account held by the member
- An exclusive monthly email Newsletter
- A library of articles on blockchain technologies and promotional offers
- Discounts or rebates from our commercial partners
- Additional commercial proposals or offers, that may be sent to you directly by any of the companies in the UAP group

ARTICLE 2: Benefits and Services Obtained by Subscribing to Services Pack(s)

❖ Subscribing to 1 Services Pack entitles you to:
- A monthly bonus (in €, calculated on the amount of euros deposit in your Services Pack)

❖ Subscribing to 100 Services Packs entitles you to:
- Achieving Bronze Business Partner status
- Your company listed on the home page
- Access to our annual business convention
- Premium bank account

❖ Subscribing to 250 Services Packs entitles you to:
- Achieving Silver Business Partner status
- Your product or service listed in the shop
- Discount coupons on our advisory and management services

❖ Subscribing to 500 Services Packs entitles you to:
- Achieving Gold Business Partner status
- Your editorial article published on the blog
- Access to specialised conferences

❖ Subscribing to 1000 Services Packs entitles you to:
- Achieving Platinum Business Partner status
- An annual bonus (in €, calculated on the total amount of your Services Packs deposits in euros)
- Access to our annual seminar

ARTICLE 3: Availability of Services Packs

❖ The limited number of Services Packs available for subscription is listed on our website with the status “in stock”. To best meet our members' expectations, the availability of our Services Packs is regularly updated on our website.

❖ If you have ordered a Services Pack that becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed, you will be immediately informed. We will cancel your payment, and if the amount has already been debited, you will be promptly refunded.

ARTICLE 4: Payment Methods for Services Pack Subscriptions

❖ Several payment methods are accepted. As a member, you can use:
- Crypto-currencies
- Bank transfer
- Payeer
- Balance from your internal wallet

❖ All payments are subject to compliance and anti-money laundering checks by our compliance department and may be refused if they do not meet AML requirements.

ARTICLE 5: Subscriptions

❖ You can only subscribe to our Services Packs through our website eca-n.com and after validating your membership. To subscribe to Services Pack(s) on our website:

- Please ensure you are logged in; if not, log in.
- Choose the number of Services Packs you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
- Confirm your cart contents by clicking on "Proceed to checkout."
- Choose your payment method and check the box “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions”.
- Click "Place order" for validation.
- You will receive a confirmation email for your subscription.
- Verify the details and the total amount to be paid.

- Make your payment, including fees if using a bank transfer.
- Your subscription will only be validated after full payment is received.

ATTENTION For reasons of safety, liability and compliance:
The NAME of the bank account holder making the subscription transfers must be IDENTICAL to that of the MEMBER (individual or entity) indicated when creating your member account and verified by the uploaded documents.

ARTICLE 6: Subscription Payment Deadlines & First Bonus Eligibility

❖ Only Service Packs active by the 25th of the month are eligible for a bonus for the following month.

Your Services Packs subscription payment must be fully received by the Club no later than the 25th of the current month to start receiving your monthly bonus between the 10th and 15th of the month, beginning from the 2nd month following the validation date of your subscription(s).

❖ Example: If your Services Pack subscription deposit is received on March 23rd, you will receive your first bonus (for April) between May 10th and 15th.

Please note that some bank transfers may be temporarily blocked by banks under international regulations, which can take up to 28 days.

ARTICLE 7: 100% Refund Guarantee & Fund Security

❖ You are entitled to a 100% refund guarantee on the subscription deposits of your Services Pack(s). Our Club commits to holding at least 140% of the value of all active Services Packs.

❖ Our reserve funds are stored and secured by Ledger Enterprise in offline, multi-signature cryptocurrency wallets.

❖ Our reserve funds are insured against cybercrime by Arch Insurance (UK) from the prestigious Lloyd’s syndicate.

ARTICLE 8: Refund Conditions and Deadlines

❖ You are entitled to an unconditional 100% refund of your Services Pack(s) subscription deposit(s) after a minimum commitment period of 3 months.

You may request a refund of the deposit for one or more Services Packs once the 3-month period has elapsed after each subscription.

The affected Services Pack(s) will immediately become void upon receipt of your request and will no longer confer any rights, including bonuses for the following month.

The refund will be made directly to your internal member wallet within 40 days of receiving your request, which must be sent via email to contact@eca-n.com.

We reserve the right to terminate a membership at any time and without justification by refunding the concerned member the total deposit amount for their active Services Packs subscriptions to their internal wallet. In such a case, you will have 60 days to transfer the balance from your internal wallet to your Payeer account, Bitcoin wallet, or external bank account in your name; after this period, the balance will be forfeited.

ARTICLE 9: Succession

❖ The subscription deposits for your Services Packs form part of the estate assets and may be transferred to one or more heirs in accordance with general rules and the presence or absence of a will. If the value exceeds €5,000, a deed of notoriety will be required.

ARTICLE 10: Application and Modification of these Special Terms and Conditions

❖ The member declares that they have read and unreservedly accept the Club's General Terms and Conditions and these Special Terms and Conditions in force on the date of each of their Services Packs subscriptions.

❖ The member declares that they fulfil their obligations in their country of tax residence under their own responsibility and guarantees that the Club cannot be held liable in this regard.

❖ The annual validation of your membership by payment of the fee constitutes full acceptance, at each payment date, of these Special Terms and Conditions for Services Packs and the Club's General Terms and Conditions, including the "KYC" and "AML" procedures stipulated in its Article 11.

❖ We reserve the right to update these Special Terms and Conditions; in such cases, members will be notified through our monthly Newsletter, which will serve as notification with tacit acceptance by the member.

In the event of non-acceptance by the member of the new Special Terms and Conditions for Services Packs, they are required to request, in accordance with the terms of Article 8, the refund of deposits for all their Services Packs within one month after the date of the notification Newsletter.

Any valid ECA-N & UAP document is the one with the most recent update date (Updated 15.08.2024).
